How much does it cost?
Flat, one-time pricing — no subscriptions. Starter $450 (one page), Standard $850 (up to 4 pages), Premium $1,500 (up to 7 pages). You know the price before we start.
How long does it take?
Usually 3–7 days after you send your brief and content. Premium builds may take a little longer. The main thing that affects timing is how quickly you get us your info and photos.
Who owns the website?
You do — completely. Once your final payment clears, the site and all its files are yours to keep, move, or hand to anyone. No lock-in.
What about my domain (my web address)?
You own your own domain, in your own account. We simply connect your new site to it. Don't have a domain yet? We'll walk you through getting one — it's about $12/year and takes a few minutes.
How many revisions do I get before it goes live?
Starter includes 1 round of revisions, Standard 2, and Premium 3. A "round" is one set of change requests on your preview — so we dial it in together before anything goes public. Nothing goes live until you approve it. Need more changes beyond your included rounds? Simple pay-as-you-go updates — $40 for quick tweaks, more for bigger ones, always quoted up front.
Do you host it? Do I have to maintain it?
We get your site live for you, hosted on a fast, reliable platform. Your site is built to just work — there's nothing to maintain. If you want changes down the road, we handle them pay-as-you-go, or ask about an ongoing care option.
What if I don't like it?
You'll see a full, clickable preview before anything goes live. We'll refine it within your included revisions until you're happy. We don't publish until you say go.
How do I pay?
A secure payment link (card), paid up front before we start. Simple and safe — no invoicing headaches.
Do you offer refunds?
Payment is up front and non-refundable once we begin — but you're protected by the process: you approve a full preview before anything goes live, and your package includes a set number of revision rounds to get it right. Need changes beyond those rounds? They're available as affordable pay-as-you-go updates.
What do you need from me?
Just three things: a short brief (about 10 minutes), your content and photos (or tell us to use tasteful stock), and your domain (or let us help you get one).
